Behind the Scenes with Jami Brost: It's still Volleyball Season for Blue & White!!!!

So today was a very exciting day! My most recent shirt order and transfer order got delivered so I naturally was antsy to finish up with my normal workday so I could have fun with t-shirts!

Aside from the fun of designing shirts, I think the next best thing is organizing everything (I'm weird and I embrace it!) I started by cutting apart all my transfers and organizing them, as they come in a 22" x 240" roll. Then is sorted through all of my t-shirts and made sure that I got everything on my order and then organized them by size.

After that, IT WAS TIME TO MAKE SOME SHIRTS!!!!! I was given the opportunity to make the jerseys for the Auburndale Youth Volleyball Club that takes place in the spring, which I also coach one of the teams. I started by organizing shirts and logos and numbers into little baskets that I picked up from the Dollar Store yesterday. This ensures that I do not put one number on the front of the shirt and another number on the back of the shirt, I am sure it has happened to someone out there!

After I was all organized and double checked all my sizes and numbers were correct, I started pressing shirts and I was able to finish them all tonight! Even the coaches shirts. The girls are going to be super excited to get their jerseys at their first practice because normally it is only a week before their first tournament they get them....not this time!

I even added my logo to the inside of the shirts as those logos were included in what I received today!

Now I will be ready to make the fundraiser shirts for the Auburndale Youth Volleyball Club.
